ON-DEMAND

A self-driven, virtually interactive experience.

  • The Essentials: Access to the on-demand process 

    Coaching Calls: Ten, one-hour-long sessions of ongoing video and/or phone support administered within a 12-month partnership 

    Full-Day Trainings: Two strategically planned, one-day trainings administered remotely

    Weekend Audit: On-site review of weekend experience with team readout and strategic session (two total days)

ONSITE

A strategically-paced, in-person facilitated experience.

    • The Essentials: In-person facilitation with guided application OR Access to the on-demand “Essentials” process with onsite review and application

    • Coaching Calls: Twelve one-hour-long sessions of ongoing video and/or phone support with Lead Pastor and Executive Team

    • Full-Day Trainings: At least four strategically planned on-site trainings (eight total days) administered on-site

      • Weekend Audit: Review of weekend experience with team readout and staff interviews and assessment
