A director cohort is a 12-month peer learning community where you'll meet virtually each month with a coach and fellow ministry directors. Between sessions, you'll complete practical assignments to apply what you're learning in your ministry. You'll develop essential leadership skills—from structuring teams and developing leaders to strategic planning and effective communication—all within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The registration cost includes ongoing access to our online community platform and one 60-minute virtual training session per month with your coach and cohort. Each session includes teaching, group discussion, and collaborative problem-solving. You will be given practical "homework" and action steps after each session to implement what you've learned with your team and in your ministry
