  • Any leadership or staff member who is actively leading a ministry area of the church.

  • $250 per month, by auto withdrawal.

  • The registration cost includes one 60-minute virtual training session per month with your coach and cohort. Each session includes teaching, group discussion, and collaborative problem-solving. You will be given practical "homework" and action steps after each session to implement what you've learned with your team and in your ministry
