  • The role of the Coach is to provide strategic leadership for designated church partners and to serve as an internal strategist to move the mission of focus412 forward.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Facilitate onsite or online partners through the prescribed process of development executed through our “Partnership” solutions.

    • Possess full ownership of a select “solution” or stream of partners (to be determined) to include the development, viability, and sustainability of the program

    • Assist in the curation and creation of resources and content, distributed over various platforms, to grow healthy leaders

    Full-Time with Travel- required for this role.

  • The role of the Partner Coordinator is to ensure alignment between the organization’s intentions and the partner’s experience.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Provide Coach support (as an extension of Coach in partnership with focus412 team)

    • Facilitate the support required for a Coach to maintain successful partnerships, to include but not limited to, managing shared partner folders/files/reports, producing notes, formalizing findings/reports, and tracking expenses

    • Provide partner support for Coach, as the primary point person between the Partner point of contact and focus412 Coach to include logistics, itineraries, and onsite communication

    Part-Time consideration for this role.

  • The role of the Project Manager is to ensure the seamless implementation of the onsite process through the partner’s team and systems.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Help drive the church team through a “Project Plan” for full utilization of our Partnership solutions

    • Support the Coach with partners and their executive teams in regular strategic coaching calls for project development and updates

    • Design future project resources that help solve the mission of helping other churches grow

    Full or Part-Time Consideration with Travel- required for this role.
