Our Campus Pastor Training Program consists of Leadership Labs and Competency Workshops designed to accelerate the development of campus pastors at churches of any size or stage.

Individual Training
$4500 per user

  • Campus Pastors looking to upgrade their development, Executives looking to bolster their training systems for CPs.

  • CP Training consists of 12 video modules along with a 68-page workbook. You can complete the training at your own speed. We recommend pacing out the content over several weeks or months to maximize retention and application.

  • Yes, you can! After you register for the training, there will be prompts for you to sign up to add monthly coaching support. The cost is $600 per month for 6 months.

  • A church with two or more CPs that will walk through the training together.

  • Group training gives a leader over campus pastors access to an admin dashboard to see the progress of each participant for greater accountability.

  • Yes, you can! After you register for the training, there will be prompts for you to sign up to add monthly coaching support (one per church). The cost is $600 per month for 6 months.

  • Up to 2 days of coaching and teaching the core topics with practical exercises integrated for your current and future Campus Pastors.

  • One of our focus412 coaches will work with you to design a training itinerary and travel to your church to facilitate.

  • The training is best suited for current and future Campus Pastors, but others from your team who may benefit are welcome to attend. We recommend group sizes of no more than 20 to allow for effective discussion and application. Your coach will work with you to determine the details of your onsite training.
