Infusing Development Rhythms Throughout Your Church

Sometimes the reason we struggle to develop enough leaders is because we treat development as a project that begins and ends, rather than as a rhythm that infuses everything we do.

Leadership development is not just an event on the calendar or something that happens inside of a classroom. In the best cultures, development is infused throughout every part of the organization–in regular meetings and 1 on 1’s, in the midst of accomplishing tasks and projects, in the way we give and receive feedback, and in all the organic interactions that happen along the way.

This month’s resource is a conversation between some of our coaches on how to improve the quality of development happening in your church in a variety of environments. When you begin to weave development rhythms throughout your culture, you’ll see an increase in both the quality and quantity of leaders you’re raising up.
