Key 1: Design based on who you are

  • Design a leadership structure that aligns with your strengths and gifts as a leader.

Questions to Ask

  • Is your current structure producing the results you’re looking for

  • Is your current structure scalable for future growth or is it a product of filling your immediate needs with who is immediately available?

  • What are your unique strengths and weaknesses as a leader? What kind of structure will maximize your strengths and account for your weaknesses?
